This guacamole has gotten raving reviews everywhere we go. The awesome thing is it's so simple to make!
Mash 1 avocado and mix in 1 Tablespoon organic salsa (we use Meijer). I sometimes like to add in some fresh lemon juice as well.
Serve with fresh tortilla chips. Mmmm!!!
